Shop local and cut out the food miles when the Farmers and food suppliers come to us at the regular Boroondara Farmers Markets hosted by Glenferrie Rotary Club every first, third and fifth Saturday of the month at Patterson Reserve, Auburn Rd, Hawthorn from 8am to 12.30.
You can buy fresh fruit and vegetables, seasonal organic produce, meat, herbs, honey, eggs, bread, olives, cakes and gluten free biscuits, dips and sauces, even oysters, wine and beer.
The Fraser Group of the CWA consists of five branches located in the south-eastern suburbs of Melbourne and also takes in the inner-city area of Port Phillip. Yes, the CWA does have members and branches in the city and surrounding suburbs. Women of all ages and backgrounds are welcome to attend our meetings and participate in our activities.
